About Maple & Rye Bakery
Maple & Rye started as a farmers-market stall and a borrowed oven. Today it’s a small storefront with a big window, where the bread is shaped by hand every night and sold until it runs out.
We bake with flour from regional mills, keep the menu short, and change the pastry case with the seasons.
If you see a loaf you love, pre-order it. Our country sourdough is usually gone by eleven.
